NUS ICT Academy — Book of Impact

NUS ICT Academy — under the School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE) — needed a legacy publication to capture three years of impact: reskilling and upskilling Singapore's ICT workforce, and championing industry collaboration through the Career Conversion Programme (CCP). More than a report, it had to work as a storytelling tool for students and parents, and a lasting record of the Academy's mission, milestones and future vision. We led the art direction and editorial design end to end. A '3D block' visual system runs through the book — modular forms that build and stack from page to page, a metaphor for how skills, ideas and achievements are constructed layer by layer. Clean, modern typography sits on a disciplined grid so dense material — data, milestones and human impact stories — stays clear and easy to navigate. The outcome is one cohesive, confident visual language, delivered as both a print-ready and a digital eBook edition: Shaping the Future, a book that reads as both a milestone and a statement of intent.
