From brief to print-ready.

Discovery & Brief
We begin with a structured briefing session — understanding your audience, objectives, brand constraints, timeline, and print or digital specifications. For complex projects like annual reports, this includes a content audit and pagination plan.

Concept & Art Direction
We develop 2–3 distinct creative directions — each presenting a different visual approach, typographic treatment, and colour strategy. You choose a direction, and we refine it into a locked design system for the project.

Layout & Content Design
With the design system approved, we build out every page or asset — integrating your copy, photography, and data. Infographics and charts are developed in close collaboration with your content or data team to ensure accuracy.

Review & Revision
We present work in staged reviews — typically two to three rounds of structured feedback. All revisions are tracked and resolved before we move to the next stage, keeping the project on schedule.

Pre-press & Quality Check
Before any file leaves our studio, it passes a thorough pre-press check — colour profiles, bleed, font embedding, image resolution, and print marks are all verified against your print specification.

Delivery & Handover
We deliver print-ready files, screen-optimised PDFs, and source files in a structured handover package. For ongoing clients, we maintain a shared asset library so future updates are fast and consistent.

Beatty Secondary School — DREAMS Publication
A yearbook-style editorial publication capturing the diverse aspirations of Beatty Secondary students. The design system balanced structured grid layouts with expressive typographic moments — giving each student story room to breathe while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the full publication.

Defence Collective Singapore — Red Packet 2026
Festive red packet design for Defence Collective Singapore — blending traditional Lunar New Year motifs with elements of national defence and security. The brief demanded cultural respect and institutional pride in equal measure. We explored compositions integrating military mascots, lotus flowers, and classic cloud patterns before arriving at a final design prepared for gold-foil print production.

NGS — Teo Eng Seng: We're Happy. Are You Happy?
For this retrospective, we did not design the original key visual. Instead, we adapted the exhibition's existing KV into dynamic event-screen graphics for the Suntec digital displays. We translated static, avant-garde layout compositions into engaging digital formats while preserving the essence of the original artwork.
