From kickoff to print-ready handover.

Kickoff & Briefing
We begin with a structured kickoff — reviewing your previous annual report (if any), understanding your brand guidelines, audience, regulatory requirements, print specification, and target delivery date. We agree on a page budget and content structure before any design begins.

Content Audit
We review all incoming content — copy drafts, financial data, photography, and any existing charts or tables. We identify gaps, flag data that needs visualisation, and map the content to a detailed flatplan so every page has a clear purpose before layout begins.

Creative Concept
We present 2–3 distinct creative directions — each with a different visual approach, colour palette, typographic treatment, and infographic style. You choose a direction and we lock it into a comprehensive design system: cover, section openers, body pages, and data pages.

Layout & Design
With the design system approved, we build out every page — integrating your copy, photography, and data. Infographics and charts are developed in close collaboration with your finance or content team, with every figure cross-checked against source data before it enters the layout.

Proof Cycles
We deliver staged proofs — typically two to three rounds of structured feedback. All revisions are tracked in a shared document so nothing is missed. We also run a dedicated accuracy check on all financial figures before we move to pre-press.

Print-Ready Handover
Final files pass a full pre-press check — colour profiles, bleed, font embedding, image resolution, and print marks verified against your print specification. We deliver print-ready PDF, screen-optimised PDF, and source files. If required, we manage print procurement through to delivery.
